JOB SUMMARY

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow-up on leads in a timely, professional manner
  • Consult with clients to discover their property desires; find properties that meet their needs
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients
  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, sales, or other related fields
  • Passion about selling and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Motivated self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

JOB SUMMARY

Droves of people are buying new homes in our local communities. As a New Home Sales Specialist, you help people discover their new home.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet prospects with warmth, friendliness, empathy and knowledge of the community and homebuying process
  • Explain principle and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs and homeowners associations to prospective buyers
  • Assist clients with mortgage approvals utilizing our preferred mortgage lenders
  • Demonstrate home sites and showcase available homes
  • Regular communication with clients through all stages of the sales process
  • Track and maintain monthly sales
  • Monitor and record daily customer traffic utilizing company tracking tools
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings and coaching sessions

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven sales track record, preferably in a commissioned compensation environment, though not necessarily real estate. We want great people—we can teach you real estate
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • HS diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of construction, mortgage, finance and escrow processes a plus
  • Team player with strong work ethic; must interact well with co-associates, customers, outside real estate agents and brokers
  • Positive attitude as well as self-motivated, organized, resourceful and professional
  • Real estate license preferred, but not required
