PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow-up on leads in a timely, professional manner
  • Consult with clients to discover their property desires; find properties that meet their needs
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients
  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, sales, or other related fields
  • Passion about selling and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Motivated self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold or actively working to acquire a TN or MS Real Estate License
